I recently purchased a puppy from Ivory Paws and had a great experience. I live in Toronto and they are located in Alberta. I got a very quick response to my initial enquiry after seeing the puppies on their website . Since I was unable to physically see them I asked for video and pictures of the available male puppies. I received not only video but individual pictures with a description and personality summary of each puppy. Ivory Paws took care of all the travel arrangements . My puppy flew into Toronto on West Jet. I went to the cargo area at the airport and picked him up. The kennel he came in was new, clean , there was an information package attached to his crate and they even put in a little mat for him to lie on. There were no issues at all, the process was seamless. The pup was bright eyed , clean and happy. I brought some water for him and gave him a drink before driving him home. My puppy is a beautiful boy. He is healthy, happy, smart and very social. I highly recommend Ivory Paws.

I recently purchased Remmington, and didn't want to make the long drive from Nova scotia to Alberta, so I had him flown to me. Everything went really well, ivory paws labradors handled all the details surrounding his flight, and dropped him off at the airport where he made his safe flight home. Having flown pups myself I will say it was the easiest arrangement to make and they were very pleasant to work with.

We recently began our search for a Labrador puppy in the Montreal area. We expanded our search when we could not find a puppy and breeder that met our requirements in a timely fashion. We spoke with many breeders and had every intention of driving as long as it would take to bring the puppy home. When we spoke with Tim and his family we were immediately made to feel comfortable through email and zoom calls to pick out the puppy from the litter. The arrangements for the flight were seamless and surprisingly reasonable. The puppy, (now Ollie) arrived at the Montreal Trudeau airport at the warehouse area in his own crate. The entire process took about 15 minutes . We brought Ollie to our vet and he was in excellent health. A white Labrador quickly gets a fan club wherever he goes including the vet staff. Tim has been a pleasure to deal before and more importantly after Ollie arrived as we had the usual questions concerning feeding,house training. His responses have been thorough and addressed my concerns not generic answers. We are very pleased that we expanded our search to Alberta!

We purchased our male pup in March 2024. Since we live on Vancouver Island we had to meet our little guy(Porter) by FaceTime. Breeders were very accommodating and very responsive to questions. We arranged to have Porter fly into Victoria, which all went smoothly. Upon Porters arrival he was happy and excited to meet us. Porter is my 8th lab and he is beautiful and bright! Would highly recommend Ivory Paws Labradors!

I can’t say enough about the positive experience that we have had with Ivory Paws Labrador. From our first conversation (over Zoom) to picking our Puppy up at the airport we felt comfortable and confident in the breeders Tara and Tim. We were sceptical at first, when Tara said they were located in Alberta. We live in Ontario and were looking for a puppy locally. But once we talked to Tara and Tim and learned that they had successfully shipped puppies to various location in Canada we began to think more about purchasing a pup from this litter. Tara took care of making all the arrangements. She acted quickly to get our puppy cleared by the vet to fly and make flight arrangements. Every detail was passed along to us. We picked our pup up at Person International Airport in Toronto. We were given detailed information about where in when to pick her up. The process at the airport was very smooth. The paperwork took about 5-10 min before they would release the puppy to us. Our pup arrived in a crate. On top Tara had packed a large amount of food and a letter telling us all the information we needed to know about the puppy. We’ve had our puppy for a month now and she is the sweetest little bundle of joy. She has a great temperament and is always happy to engage in learning new things. I would recommend Ivory Paws Labradors to anyone interested purchasing an English Labrador.
